This job is a perfect example of On Site Service

I was doing some work in Lara and noticed the old facia on the general store.

Sniffing some potential business it wasnt long before negotiations were under way!

I simply got some weathertex cut at the local hardware store and we layed the sheets over the top of the badly warped facade thus saving the owner $1,000s in restructuring costs.

This way I was able to signwrite the sheets on the ground thus negating the safety issue of working on the steep pitched roof. (This also saved the client cherry picker and power line covering costs which would have been $1,500 - $2,000 not to mention the time waiting for powercor)

I also saved double handling the sheets by doing them On Site and because the owner was on hand, he could approve the colour and method I was employing immediately so there was no mystery and time lost with Email tennis and or "Sorry, He's in a meeting" if I were to phone him.

The final result is for just over $2,500 he got a new facia and windows done and the work was completed in 2 days!

I'd hate to have done this job in a factory some where on the other side of town. The amount of times a required measurements and fact finding it was a sheer delight being there thus reducing the margin for error and ensuring a perfect result.
